    Good Afternoon Stephens County Family,

We hope you and your family are doing well during these trying times and are taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure your safety. Your child's health and well-being is our number one priority and is the focus of all we do as we prepare for the reopening of school.

We are committed to ensuring the academic preparedness of your children under any circumstances. Over the past few weeks the community has provided valuable feedback that has driven our decision making process.  The Stephens County School System is sending out a reopening survey today at 12:00 noon. The survey deadline is 12:00 noon on July 21st. It is vital to our planning that every parent take the survey so we can be best prepared for the first day of school.

This survey will be sent to you directly through email and text, however the survey will also be posted to our website. Parents with multiple students should complete the survey for each child to provide us feedback specific to each student.

At the end of the survey, if you have selected to begin school virtually, you will be asked to complete the virtual school application. Please click the link and complete the form as directed. Again if you have multiple children in the school system you need to complete the survey for each child.

Finally, if you are a parent that is unable to complete the online survey, please contact the Central Enrollment office at (706) 898-5117. An appointment will be set for you to come in and complete the survey between the hours of 8:00-4:00, Monday through Thursday.

Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate your input.
