SCHS Free and Reduced Meal Application

Please read the following information carefully, incomplete applications will result in delayed processing.

 

Parents must reapply each school year for free and reduced meal benefits. 

If a child received free or reduced price meals last school year, they will receive those benefits for the first 30 days of school, you must reapply before the end of the 30 day grace period.   Grace Period Ends September 13, 2018

 

We encourage all parents that think they may qualify for meal benefits to complete the application and return it to the school immediately.  All free and reduced meal benefit information is confidential.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at https://www.ascr.usda.gov/filing-program-discrimination-complaint-usda-customer, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
