Professional Learning and Employee Travel

Employees should refer to the Stephens County School System Travel Guide for information and procedures regarding reimbursement for travel expenses.  All activities requiring travel must be approved prior to the activity or expenses may not be reimbursed.  Stephens County School System adheres to the State Travel Policy issued by the State Accounting Office.  Reimbursement policies for mileage, meals, lodging, and other expenses are outlined by the policy.  Tax-exempt forms should be presented at the time of lodging check-in.
