Parent Protech for Stephens County Parents

As part of Senate Bill 351, “Protecting Georgia’s Children on Social Media Act of 2024”, requires all public schools to implement technology protection measures to prevent the inappropriate use of technology and promote responsible digital citizenship. As part of this effort the Georgia Department of Education has partnered with Parent Protech to offer this resource, free, to all Georgia public school parents.

What is Parent Protech?

  • Training on how to implement parental measures and controls

  • Digital citizenship lessons and videos

  • Tools to monitor and manage your child’s digital activity

  • Guidance for talking to your child about online safety
