Assessment
Welcome to the Stephens County School System Assessment webpage!
Stephens County School System implements a comprehensive assessment program that includes state, district, and classroom assessments. Results of assessments are analyzed to identify the level of student mastery on given standards and topics and to inform instructional planning at each school. Data-drive decisions guide our schools’ teaching in order to help students know their strengths and improve upon identified weaknesses. We are committed to student success in every subject!
Stephens County School System plans for assessment security, preparation, administration, reporting data, communication with parents, and records retention. Testing Coordinators, Test Examiners, and Proctors are all trained for test administrations and test security to ensure the validity and reliability of test results.
