Stephens County Middle School Student Honored

 

Dalton Mitchell, an 8th grade student in Ms. Neal's Georgia Studies class, has been selected as a winner in the Plains, Peanuts and a President postcard contest. There were over 16,000 entires statewide, and Dalton was one of the 39 K-12 winners.On September 27th, he will travel to Plains, GA to meet former president Jimmy Carter, receive an autographed copy of his book An Hour Before Daylight and march as a guest of honor in the Peanut Festival Parade.
