Commencement Exercises for the

Stephens County High School Class of 2012

will be held on

Friday, June 1st at 7:00 pm

Stephens County High School Stadium

 

Gates will open at 5:30 pm.

There will be no reserving of seats.

The stadium will not be accessible the night before or the

day of to reserve seats.

 

To allow for more seating, the graduation ceremony set up will be changed to allow viewing from both sides of the stadium. Students will notify parents which side of the field they will be sitting on, so that parents may sit in the stands closest to their senior. An area for pictures will be sectioned off. Parents are asked to take their picture and then return to their seat, so that this area may be accessed by all parents.

 

All traffic will enter the high school parking lot from White Pine Road and exit down the new Indian Trail to Memorial Drive or to the Middle School (Rose Lane). There will be no incoming traffic from Memorial Drive or the Middle School. Shuttle Service will also be available from the Middle School and Ebenezer Baptist Church beginning at 5:15. Handicap Parking and Handicap seating will be available at the Concession Stand end of the stadium.
